Bader Al-Essa
Bader graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and again in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He then started working for Ooredoo Telecom (Formerly Wataniya Telecom) in 1999 as an RF planning engineer before leaving them in 2008 as the Assistant Manager of the RF Planning Department. During this time, Bader studied and graduated in 2007 with an MBA from Kuwait Maastricht Business School. In 2008, Bader started his own company, Full Moon Est., which he runs to this day. Full Moon Est. is a supplier of telecom equipment to all three mobile phone operators in Kuwait.
Deema Al-Essa
Deema Graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder, USA with a Degree in Business Administration. Her area of emphasis are International Business and Information Systems. Deema’s experience in banking sector contributes to the organization immensely. She has worked in multinational and oil unit in The Commercial Bank of Kuwait. Later Deema has worked in the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, where she is responsible for East and West African countries’ portfolios.
Hussain Al-Essa
Hussain got his Mass Communication’s degree from the American University of Sharjah, concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. He oversees the organization’s marketing materials and aligns communication objectives to business goals. Hussain has experience in starting businesses and startups in the fields of marketing and e-commerce
Mai Al-Essa
With a Bsc in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Colorado, USA, and an Msc in Environmental Management from University of Derby, UK, Mai helps the organization to think globally. She brings in experience from both a Fortune 500 company Siemens AG and an intergovernmental entity United Nations. Mai oversees projects rolled out locally and regionally in the energy industry. Mai also works in the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Science’s (KFAS) as a Senior Specialist in the Strategic Planning & Evaluation Directorate
Rania Al-Essa
Rania plays a key role in the organization due to her understanding of Kuwaiti customs and import regulations. Rania holds an MBA from the University of Denver and has worked in multiple roles such as in marketing, public relations, and customer relations. She has taken on different projects related to IT, events management, and HR
Shaker Al-Essa
Shaker holds a General Manager position in Deema Trading Company(DTC) where he focuses on the company’s relationship with its principals and clients with a goal to make DTC more reliable, efficient and sustainable. Graduated with a B.S in Accounting from American University of Kuwait, as a valedictorian. Currently also engaged in a unique environmental project in Kuwait called @Recycle Kuwait. In the last eleven years Shaker was part of a local, publicly listed recycling company as a Director.
